(1) CLEAN UP YOUR AGREEMENTS: Get your template agreements in shape. The end of the year is a great time to review the agreements you use in your business, particularly the agreement you use with your customers. Get those agreements legally reviewed and updated to best setup your business to protect itself and successfully generate revenue in the coming year.

(2) UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE: Review and update your website and determine if your service or product offerings have changed in the past year from what is described on your website. If so, you will need to update your website, including updating the terms of service and privacy policy to reflect your current business model going forward into the new year.

(3) SET GOALS FOR THE UPCOMING YEAR: Spend some time to think about what specific goals you have for your business in the coming year and create or update your business plan for those goals.
