Service Description

We will spend thirty minutes with you reviewing your business and the Covid-related challenges it is facing such as reopening safely, compliance with state, county, and city orders, force majeure issues, and performance under contracts and leases that have been complicated by the current situation. You will leave the call with guidance as to steps to take to limit your legal liabilities and risks while you are moving forward in your operations during these trying times. Note, you will be sent an engagement agreement for your execution before the call time and will need to return the signed engagement prior to the call. Further, attorney will only cover with you as many matter as time permits so it is helpful to be prepared with specific issues your are facing. Additional time or services desired, including any questions that require research, will need to be purchased separately after discussion with attorney.
